EarBuddies was founded in Wellington, New Zealand in 2008 after Glenn got a bad case of tinnitus from going to too many gigs, and too much motorcycling without using hearing protection. He wasn't going to stop listening to loud music, but needed some way to protect his hearing without muffling sound, or making it hard to talk to people! He couldn't afford to spend hundreds of dollars on a set of custom molded earplugs, so after scouring the planet (the internet) and finding the highest quality earplugs at the most affordable price - EarBuddies was born! 

Hearing damange is so easily preventable, and even better it's reversable. We thought we'd help other music lovers to avoid the mistakes we've made and provide good quality, affordable hearing protection that allows them to still enjoy loud music and look after their hearing. 

We now sell our EarBuddies throughout New Zealand, Australia and Canada and can ship worldwide!
